Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all protective stickers, tags, accessories, and packaging (box & papers) intact.
Return Authorization: You must contact us before sending a return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
💳 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 10 business days after the item is inspected and approved.
⚠️ Deductions: If the item is returned with missing packaging, accessories, or signs of wear, a restocking fee may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

For security and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
❌ Custom or special-order watches
❌ Watches that have been worn, sized, or altered
❌ Items sold as “Final Sale”


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your purchase with another item, please return the original order and place a new order separately.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
