Thank you for looking at this Montblanc Meisterstuck Solitaire Around the world in 80 Days fountain pen. This example is in new condition, having never been used, dipped or inked. It comes with all of its original packaging including box, sleeve and service guide. It has its original nib sticker intact.
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions. The pen is based in Northern Ireland in the UK but I will ship from the Republic of Ireland for any EU buyers to avoid customs and VAT.

The Montblanc Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days Solitaire LeGrand Fountain Pen is inspired by Jules Verne’s famous adventure novel. This edition represents the final leg of Mr. Fogg and Passepartout’s journey, traveling from Yokohama back to London via the United States.
Crafted in precious metal, the cap features a laser-engraved train, while the cone is decorated with a safety chain pattern – a reference to the scene in which Passepartout detaches the train from the locomotive to save the crew during a Sioux attack. The design of the cap and barrel includes pressure valves and locomotive smoke.
The clip is adorned with a red lacquered heart card suit, symbolizing the union between Phileas Fogg and Princess Aouda. The card suits also refer to the wager Mr. Fogg made to complete his journey in 80 days. The cap top is embossed with the travel timeline – 36 days from Yokohama to London, completing the full 80-day voyage.
