This vintage Tiffany & Co. necklace is designed in a wide collar style, crafted of 18k yellow gold with platinum settings for the diamonds.
The openwork gold lattice forms a geometric pattern that gradually widens toward the front and narrows toward the clasp. Each intersection of the lattice is accented with a round brilliant-cut diamond. The stones are arranged in a consistent rhythm, giving the design an orderly appearance despite its complexity.
